At Prompt Neuropsych Solutions, we have changed the way we approach billing and payment for services. We believe that the insurance model of care is broken and does not serve either the patients or the providers. Many times, services are denied for no reason, or for some ridiculous reason, leaving patients upset at getting unexpected bills and providers frustrated at either not being paid for their work and/or having their patients upset. This happened long enough for us to decide to stop using insurance altogether.

As a direct pay doctor, our focus is solely on you, the patient, eliminating the complexities often associated with insurance networks and coverage restrictions. We give you direct access to the providers when you want it and we can answer any questions you have without worrying about scheduling appointments or having to pay extra fees for small questions. You also get to see the provider quickly and without long wait times. You will get a personalized report with highly specific recommendations based on our in-house assessment of your social and lifestyle behaviors that is uncommon in neuropsychological practice.

For this, we charge a flat reduced fee of $2,500, which is due at the time of booking. We don’t want to restrict care. If you are unable to pay this, please contact our office to discuss other options.

This straightforward approach allows us to spend more time on your care and less on navigating insurance claims. Upon request, we will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, ensuring you have options without compromising the quality of your care.
