About the Practice
Prompt Neuropsych Solutions was founded with one goal:
to make neuropsychological care faster, clearer, and more compassionate for adults navigating cognitive changes.
Led by Dr. Jonathan Highsmith, Ph.D., ABPP—Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology and a U.S. Army veteran—our practice combines deep clinical expertise with a strong commitment to ethical, community-focused care.

Dr. Highsmith lives in San Antonio with his wife Margaret, their four children, three dogs, and two cats. He continues to serve veterans through his work at the Audie Murphy VA Medical Center and New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Center.
Margaret brings her background in education, assessment, and advocacy to the practice. As a psychometrist and business manager, she ensures every client experience reflects our values: transparency, empathy, and excellence.
